- has an array of services that it can provide to employers. The Business Training Center can assist with customized training needs as well as needs assessment and consulting services. Job Placement and dislocation assistance can be found through the Dislocated Worker Center and small business start-up and development through IVCC’s Small Business Development Center. The Career Planning and Placement Office can assist with ongoing recruitment by posting full-time and part-time jobs and internships. The college can also provide job search assistance information.
