• Human Resource Assistance - Assistance in designing training plans and job descriptions.
  

• On-The-Job Training - Business Employment Skills Team, Inc. can help offset the cost of training a new employee.  BEST, Inc. can reimburse up to one half of the employees wages during the time of training.  BEST, Inc. follows the employers usual employment policies - hiring, evaluating, termination, etc.

• Soft Skills Training - NCI Works and BEST, Inc. have developed a Soft Skills Training, based upon needs expressed by local businesses.  Topic areas were determined by a survey of these businesses.  Topics to be covered include: Time Management, Communication, Customer Service, Self Management, Teamwork, Problem Solving, and Work Ethics.  This training will be offered to area employees as a fee-for-service.
